The products are sent only with ----- ELTA Courier. The orders are sent by us within 2 working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00 - 17:00) except for periods of heavy workload where orders are executed in order of priority. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday if it is a working day.

When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number (tracking code). With this number you have the opportunity to monitor the progress of your shipment through the e-mail address of the courier company

Shipping costs are free for any purchase over 50 €.

In case of purchase of products worth up to 50 €, the shipping costs are at = 3.5 €.

Cash on delivery costs are = 2 €.

Please note that when you place an ORDER COD, in order for your order to be processed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number you gave us, to confirm the order and that your details are genuine.

Also, you can pick up your order from our physical store free of charge during working days and hours.

Parcel loss

Theeshop is not considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to shipping. In case you do not receive within a reasonable time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), carries out a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of 15 days. During this period, no refunds or shipments will be made. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card, direct account debit or paypal, the amount will be refunded.
